Prior to RooferPro Software, Hills was President and CEO of Mosaic Global Solutions a security hardware, software and Wireless Company. Prior to Mosaic Global Solutions Hills founded and managed D3data as the CEO for six years. According to Frost & Sullivan and JP Freeman D3data is one of the top ten video security software companies in the world. Hills continues his affiliation with D3data as an owner and board member.
Hills construction background was prior to D3data where Hills was the IT manager for Stoneway Roofing Supply, a multi state roofing supply company in the North West portion of the United States.
Prior to Stoneway Hills was the manager of special projects for Contractors.com, a contractor’s site dedicated to bridging the gap between contractors and the newest technology available to them.
Prior to Contractor.com Hills was the contractor and installs division manager for Eagle Hardware and Garden (Now Lowes Hardware) a 42 location multi state "Big box" hardware store.
Prior to Eagle Hills was a General Contractor and owner of Home Improvement Inc., a two location design build firm in Seattle and Bellevue Washington
Hills is a veteran of the Army's 7th Infantry Division, having served in multiple campaigns throughout the world.
